Walter Steiger
Walter Steiger Sr. was a well-respected name in the shoe atelier business as far back as 1932. With new ownership under Giulio and Paul Steiger, Walter Steiger remains a family business, but their recent collaborations with Akris have pushed them further into the public’s eye. Steiger shoes tread a tightrope between architecture and avant-garde footwear, with curving heels and delicately tapered silhouettes. Steiger’s heels are extraordinarily beautiful, and made in bright colors and rich skins that are perfect for the modern woman. Click through our gallery and delight in the gorgeous craftsmanship.
