Toujouri, Qatar’s first international fashion label, dominates the region with its infectious combination of traditional dress and high-end style. The label’s tropical, colorful SS12 collection catches our eye when juxtaposed against a clean, minimalist backdrop for their SS12 photo shoot campaign. This video, which makes its worldwide exclusive on Savoir Flair, takes us behind the scenes to witness how the shoot operates. The day begins with preparing the model, Ragnhild Jevne, with a loose updo and sun-kissed makeup. The set and lighting is adjusted, and then Jevne comes out sporting looks from Toujouri’s latest collection. As she poses and flexes and seduces the camera, a team of editors, creative directors and assistants select the best looks. This video gives us not only a sneak peek at the collection, but also an honest look at the work that goes into the slick images that appear in magazines and lookbooks around the world.
