Dresses made a major impact on the red carpets this week as 100% of the ladies on our best-dressed list donned frocks, each as fabulous as themselves. Elie Saab had a double win this week as Dakota Fanning and Emily Blunt opted for his ethereal gowns, while the star of the week, the incomparable Kate Bosworth, stunned in Prada. Accessories, too, made notable appearances as Casadei pumps, Sergio Rossi sandals, and JewelMint clutches were used to great effect to complete these standout looks.
